The Old Dominion Monarchs would defeat the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles 71-74 in the heart of Norfolk at the Chartway Arena! Freshman point guard, Jaden Johnson, would put the Monarchs ahead with a game winning layup pushing their record to 6-9.
